Here is card No 7 and the last of my Creative Card Series 2017.
This is my Spinning Star Fold Card.
I saw A tutorial by Crafty Jo Jo & Stampin Sasha of these Star Fold cards which were lovely however I wanted something that would stand up so I’ve added a stand and mine are smaller.
These are such fun cards to make and it made a nice change from working with squares and rectangles.
To make these cards you will need…
11 x 4 card for the stand.
Score along the 11′ side at 4.1/2, 9, 9.7/8 & 10.3/4
8.1/4 x 8.1/4 card for the main star
You will need to watch the video below as the pencil markings are to complicated to write down and much easier to just watch in the video below.
4 x 4 patterned paper
3 pieces of 2.1/2 x 2.1/2 patterned paper
6 pieces of 1 x 3.7/8 patterned paper
For the sentiment on the back you need 3.3/4 x 4.1/4 patterned paper and 3.1/2 x 3.7/8 white card.

The envelope size for this card is 4.1/2 x 5 on the envelope punch board.

It wasn’t until I started to put them together that I realized how patriotic they looked and would be great for Independence Day etc…one to remember for next year!
