This was so much fun to make!
I saw these chocolates in Lidl and new straight away I needed to make a cool box for them.
I had my Stampin Up ‘Beetles and Bugs’ stamp set and that gave me the idea to make a display/specimen style gift box.
To make this box you will need…
2 pieces of Black card 10.1/8 x 8
Acetate 5 x 7
Stampin Up ‘Beetles and Bugs’ stamp set.
On the first piece of black card for the base score along 8′ side at
3/4, 1.1/2, 6.1/2, 7.1/4
Score along 10.1/8 side at 3/4, 1.1/2, 8.5/8 and 9.3/8
With the second piece for the lid before you score along 8′ side pull the card out slightly just before the 1/8 notch and score at 3/4 and 1.1/2 then push the card back into corner and score at 6.1/2 and 7.1/4
Before you score along 10.1/8 side you need to pull the card out slightly just before the 1/8 notch and score at 3/4 and 1.1/2 then push the card back into the corner and score at 8.5/8 and 9.3/8
