Hello to all you lovelies, today I’m sharing project number 6 of my Creative Card Series 2018

Large Zig Zag Card

How cool this, it’s certainly a show stopper and will stand out from all the others.

I love how it all folds up neatly into a 6 x 6 square, secured with a vertical belly band.

Lots of card and paper is used to make this card, but I think it’s totally worth it.

To make this awesome card you will need…

2 pieces of 12 x 12 cardstock, score at 6″ on both so you have 4 pieces of 6″ x 12″

For all the scoring it’s best to watch the video as you need to cut the card first on an angle and then flip the card over each time you score to prevent cracking and to give you the perfect Zig Zag fold.

1 piece of 1″ x 12″ card for the belly band, I used the leftover card after I have cut into it.

1 piece of 5.1/2 x 5.1/2 pattern paper to mat the large inside square.

The below measurements are for you side mats, you need 4 of every size but if you want to have different pattern paper then watch the tutorial first to see how I lay mine out.

4 pieces of 2.5/8 x 5.3/8 – pencil mark at 4.1/2 from the bottom.

4 pieces of 2.5/8 x 4.3/8- pencil mark at 3.1/2 from the bottom.

4 pieces of 2.5/8 x 3.3/8- pencil mark at 2.1/2 from the bottom.

4 pieces of 2.5/8 x 2.1/2- pencil mark at 1.1/2 from the bottom.

4 pieces of 2.5/8 x 1.1/2- pencil mark at 5/8″ from the bottom.

My papers are the First Edition “Let’s Celebrate” paper pack from Trimcraft available from The Range

The bunting die I used on the first card is by Sweet Dixie and available from Amazon.

The stickers were purchased from the Pound Shop in the UK.

Check out my full tutorial below for all the cutting and scoring directions.

There is so much room to decorate this card.
