Pocket Gift Card Holder

Hi everyone, today I shared a tutorial showing you how to make these Pocket Gift Card Holders.

This is a great way to send a gift card and card altogether.

Pocket Gift Card Holder

This is my last Christmas project for 2019! I’ve made over 15 projects and have loved every one of them. You can find all of my projects in the playlist below.

Every year I give out some gift cards for family and friends, and I wanted a way to fancy them up a bit.

Inside the pocket is a small 4″ x 4″ Christmas card and a holder for you to place the gift card on.

I used the First Edition “Jolly Holidays” papers again. I loved this pack and used it for so many of this years Christmas crafting.

Below is my Pinterest board showing you all the projects I’ve made using these papers.

To make these you will need…

1 piece of 6″ x 12″ cardstock for the main card, score along the 12″ side at 3″ & 9″

1 piece of 5.3/4 x 5.3/4 pattern paper to mat the inside.

2-4 pieces of 2.3/4 x 5.3/4 pattern paper for the 4 triangle sides. If you’re using directional paper then you need 4 pieces.

1 piece of 3″ x 6″ cardstock for the pocket, you need to shave a sliver off the length as I show in the tutorial.

1 piece of 2.3/4 x 5.3/4 pattern paper to mat on the pocket.

1 piece of 4″ x 8″ score along the 8″ side at 4″ or a pre-made 4″ x 4″ card base.

1 piece of 3.3/4 x 3.3/4 pattern paper to mat on the 4″ x 4″ mini card.

1 piece of 2.3/4 x 4.1/2 cardstock to hold your gift card.

2  pieces of 2.1/2 x 4.1/4 pattern paper to mat the front and back of the gift card holder.

1″ circle punch for the tab on the gift card holder.

Check out my full tutorial below to see how I made them.
