Hi everyone, I’ve made these pretty Diamond Top Fold cards using the gorgeous V&A papers by Trimcraft.
I was inspired after watching a very old tutorial by Christina Griffiths and thought it was such a cool fun fold. I played around with measurements and added my spin to it.
I love creating with the V&A collection and the 12 x 12 papers make perfect matching envelopes.
In this collection, there is pretty washi petals and leaves reel. The flowers you can make from this are great and it’s a fun way to add a different style embellishment to your projects.
To make this card you will need…
1 piece of 11″ x 8.1/4 or A4 cardstock for the main card base.
Score along the 8.1/4 side at 4.1/8
Score along the 11″ side at 4.1/8

1 piece of 3.7/8 x 3.7/8 white cardstock to mat on the front diamond shape.
2 pieces of 3.7/8 x 5.3/8 white cardstock to mat the front and inside of the card.
1 piece of 5″ x 3.5/8 pattern paper to layer on top of the white cardstock.
Flowers, embellishments and sentiments to decorate.
1 piece of 11″ X 11″ pattern paper for your envelope. Using your envelope punch board, follow the measurements for a 6″ x 8″ card base.

You have plenty of room inside to stamp and write your message.
Pretty finishing touches using the flat back pearls, matching cotton ribbon and mini bows.
These cards would make perfect Mothers Day cards.
