Hi everyone, I’m back with another Easter themed project today, however, this is great for many occasions.
Here are my Card & Gift Boxes In One.
I made these a couple years ago but smaller and thought I would re-visit them for this year’s Easter series.
This makes a lovely gift and a nice alternative to giving someone an egg! these are easy to post as well.
I used the Helz Cuppleditch “Hello Spring” magazine which is available here.
These are deconstructed boxes as I wanted to make them using my strong Papermill Direct 300gsm A4 cardstock. So because of the size of the chocolate bar, I needed to put it together in 3 separate pieces.
This holds a 200g large bar of chocolate measuring 4″ x 7.1/4
To make these you will need…
1 piece of 6.5/8 x 10.1/4 white cardstock for the base.
Score at 5/8″ & 1.1/4 along all 4 sides.
1 piece of 4.3/4 x 7.3/4 white cardstock for the card lid.
Score along the side at4.3/4 side at 5/8″
1 piece of 4.1/8 x 7.3/4 white cardstock for the top of the box.
2-3 pieces of 3.7/8 x 7.1/2 coloured or pattern paper to mat the 2 inside panels and front if you choose.
2-3 pieces of 3.5/8 x 7.1/4 cardstock. 2 for the inside with one being for you to write your message and again one for the front if you choose. which is optional to layer on top of the 3 panels.
Rosette, toppers, doilies & embellishments to decorate.
Check out my full tutorial below to see how I made them.
I’ve shared below my tutorial of the smaller version I made a couple years ago.
I love how easy these are and how well they came together.
This carrot paper is my favourite!
I hope you enjoy today tutorial.
Have a wonderful week.
Happy crafting.
