Pretty Slimline Concertina Cards

Hi friends, last week I showed you how to make these very pretty Slimline Concertina Cards using supplies from the latest Papercraft Society Kit 11

Slimline cards seem to be very popular again so I thought I would make these Concertina cards in the slimline style.

I first made these during a Facebook Live. I showed you how to make 2 cards from 1 piece of 12 x 12 card and then a smaller version for those of you who have A4 or Letter paper sized card.

I used supplies from my latest Papercraft Society kit 11

These cards will fold flat and fit into a shop-bought DL size card or you can make a 4 x 8 sized envelope using your envelope punch boards.

You have plenty of room on the back to stamp and write your message.

MEASUREMENTS NEEDED TO MAKE THESE CARDS

To make the cards using 12 x 12 card

1 piece of 12 x 12 card.

Score at 4″ & 8″ along one side. Using a pencil come up 4″ from the bottom right corner. Cut across as shown in the tutorial to create your 2 card bases.

Mats & Layers come down on all.

1 piece of card to mat 3.3/4 x 7.3/4

1 piece of card to mat 3.3/4 x 6.3/8

1 piece of card to mat 3.3/4 x 5″

1 piece of card to layer 3.1/2 x 7.1/2

1 piece of card to layer 3.1/2 x 6.1/8

1 piece of card to layer 3.1/2 x 4.3/4

To make the cards using A4 or Letter Paper size card

1 piece of 10.1/2 x 8″ card.

Score along the 10.1/2 side at 3.1/2 & 7″.  Using a pencil come up 3.1/2″ from the bottom right corner. Cut across as shown in the tutorial to create your card base.

Mats & Layers come down 1.3/8 on all.

1 piece of card to mat 3.1/4 x 7.5/8

1 piece of card to mat 3.1/4 x 6.1/8

1 piece of card to mat 3.1/4 x 4.5/8

1 piece of card to layer 3″ x 7.3/8

1 piece of card to layer 3″ x 5.7/8

1 piece of card to layer 3″ x 4.3/8

I love all of the flowers and the button detail in the centres.

I finished the cards with some glossy accents over the berries and Nuvo Drops in the centre of the flowers.
