About me
Hey I’m Sam and I started my ‘Mixed Up Craft’ YouTube channel in January 2017. I’ve always been creative and been crafting my whole life, trying out many different crafts along the way but sewing and paper craft are my passion.
My friends and family, for a long time had been telling me to start sharing my ideas so here I am, 7 years later and I wouldnt change a thing.
In 2020, I was offered the opportunity to create my own brand, and so Made To Surprise was born, a bright, fun collection of Pop-Up’s, Showstoppers and Kinetic delights, allowing you to turn your cards into something really special.
You can find me on YouTube on my Mixed Up Craft channel which is all about fun fold cards, gift boxes, gift bags & storage ideas, you don’t need any speciality dies for most of the makes, making it a great DIY channel. You can also find me on my other YouTube channel Made To Surprise, and thats where I share all my Instrucional & inspirational tutorials using my products.
I also love to craft live, I started this over on my Mixed Up Craft Facebook page at the start of lockdown and still 4 years on, myself and a wonderful group of MUCER’s tune in every Wednesday at 2pm for 2 hours (sometimes more) of cardmaking & papercrafting fun. You can then also catch me at 10am every Friday for my weekly Made to Surprise, Mix n Match Live, here, again for 2 hours, I mix old and new collections to help keep you inspired.
So, I think it’s clear that you can see that I’m a total papercrafting addict, who loves to share her ideas and makes, enjoy, Sam xoxo
