The Avant-Garden stamp set by Stampin Up has been so popular during their Sale-A-Bration promotion. With it now no longer available I wanted to make some more projects with it because I know as soon as more new stuff lands this set will disappear further down the pile.
I recently made my Pet Treat Boxes and loved the way the boxes looked so much that I decided to make them again with this stamp set.
I used my Stampin Up Daffodil Delight, Tempting Turquoise, and Pink Passion ink pads to create my own DSP.
To make this box you will need…
11 x 8.1/4 patterned card.
Score along 11′ side at 2.1/5, 5, 7.1/2 and 10.
Score along 8.1/4 side at 2.1/7 and 5.3/4.
Coloured complimenting card 5.3/8 x 2.1/4.
Coloured complimenting card for tab 2.3/8 x 1.1/2
Score along 1.1/2 side at 3/4′
Check out my video below for the full tutorial.
I love how well these boxes close and at 2.1/2 x 2.1/2, they are a perfect size for a little treat.
These are really quick and simple boxes to make it’s the DSP that really makes them pop!
Enjoy
Sam
