Gift Bag Week, Project Number 3

Sometimes you can find yourself making so many boxes and bags that you start to run out of room to keep them until they are needed. With this is mind I decided to make these great Fold Flat Gift Bags.

Not only do they fold completely flat but they are a good size measuring 9 x 8 so nice and big.

I always keep the paper handles from my retail paper bags and used them for one of these bags and made my own for the other. Its a really cheap way to make your own handles.

To make these bags you will need..

2 pieces of 12 x 12 card stock, apologies my card is unbranded and I did say I would try and find who its by but the website given takes me to a wholesale page and its all in Chinese. The papers are by Creative Scrapbooking by Eno Greeting http://www.enogreeting.com/

The papers are beautiful and the shop I purchased all the paper packs from has since closed down. If anyone has success in finding another online retailer please let me know.

1 piece of white copy paper to make the handles.

Oval die nest to make the gift tags mine are actually from Tonic studies however I have found the same size stitched ones from a this Chinese seller on AliExpress.

I used my Stampin Up ‘Falling Flowers’ stamp set, ‘Jar Of Love’ stamp set and ‘Labeler Alphabet’   to make the gift tags and ‘Soft Suede’ & ‘Early Espresso’ Stampin Up Inks.

Check out my full video below to see how I made these.

Hope you all enjoy this project.
