Hi everyone, sorry for the delay on this post, but this glorious weather is so nice, my cold cider and bathing have come first! (our hot weather always has a short window!)
I’ve also been enjoying watching Glastonbury 2019 and wishing I was there!
On Friday I shared this lovely Paper Bag Mini Album Tutorial.
I do love to make mini albums and have quite a few different styles now. This Paper Bag version is quick and easy to make.
It has 4 pages, each with a pocket and photo mat. You can easily add more photo mats to the pockets and more pages. I plan on adding another 4 pages and reckon this album can them hold around 100 photos!
I will be filling mine with photos from my holiday to Ibiza in 2012, I will show you once it’s full.
I used the ribbon, charms, bow, papers, alpha stickers & paperclips from the ‘Happy You’ collection.
Shop the full range here.
My paper bags with the handles were purchased from The Works here.
I will share the mats and layers I used but I appreciate that everyone will use different sized paper bags, but at least it gives you an idea.
You will need 4 – 8 paper bags.
2 pieces of 6.1/8 x 8.3/4 card for the front and back.
4 – 8 pieces of 6.1/4 x 5.1/2 card for the picture mats
8 – 16 pieces of 5.3/8 x 5.1/4 pattern paper to cover each side of the picture mats.
8 – 16 pieces of 5.3/4 x 5.5/8 pattern paper to cover each side of the pages.
Embellishments and ribbon to decorate.
Check out my full tutorial below.
The handle is optional, but I think a nice touch.
Thank you for stopping by.
Happy crafting
Sam
