Beautiful Emboss Resist Technique

Hi everyone, today I’m sharing these beautiful cards made using the Emboss Resist technique.

This technique is an easy way to add a background colour to any stamped image or to add shine to your card design.

I used the free Altenew Layered stamp and stencil set from Simply Cards & Papercraft Magazine Issue 194, which is still available here and currently £3.15 so grab it quick as it’s a beautiful set!

For the card below I added clear WOW embossing powder over the whole area to create one large shiny piece of cardstock.

The Versamark double tip pen I use is brilliant and available here.

You can make these cards any size you like and in any design.

I used my Distress Oxide inks on all of the cards, available from Craft Stash here.
