Hi friends, I always like to send a few New Year cards each year, so this year I’ve re-done the Twist & Pop card.

These are such fun cards, I made it before and shared that video further down in this blog. This style works perfectly for the 2020 numbers!

I’ve gone mad with the mirrored cardstock for these…it is New Year after all!

I used a fun ‘Celebration’ embossing folder which shows really well on the mirrored cardstock.

You have lots of space of the back to stamp and write your message or you can add it inside under the pop-out mechanism.

SUPPLIES USED TO MAKE THIS CARD

MEASUREMENTS NEEDED TO MAKE THESE CARDS

1 piece of 12″ x 6″ card for the card base.

Score along the 12″ side at 6″

1 piece of 11″ x 3.3/4 card for the pop-out panel piece.

Score along the 11″ side at 2.3/4 & 8.1/4 then flip the card and score at 5.1/2

1 piece of 8″ x 3.1/2 card for the mechanism.

Score along the 8″ side at 4″ and put a little cark at 2.1/4 & 5.3/4. flip the card over and repeat.

Score along the 3.1/2 side at 1.3/4

3 pieces of 5.3/4 x 5.3/4 mirrored card of pattern paper to mat every side of the card base.
