Hi everyone, here I’m sharing these fun Box Cards where you can build any scene you like.
I made these using the ‘By The Seaside’ stamp set which was originally from issue 72 of Creative Stamping Magazine, but Craft Stash gave it free with any purchase a couple weeks ago so I decided to pull it out again during a FB Live craft along and make some fun cards.
They are very similar to a Pop-Up Box Card except nothing pops out the top.
They are very easy to make and you can use any stamps you like.
I made 3 each with a slightly different scene.
These fold flat and will fit into a 5″ x 7″ envelope. You also have plenty of room on the back to stamp and write your message.
SUPPLIES USED TO MAKE THESE CARDS
By The Seaside stamp set. This is no longer available, however Creative Stamping sometimes releases their older stamps sets again and you also may find someone selling it on eBay.
I coloured all the images using my Arteza Expert coloured pencils available here.
MEASUREMENTS NEEDED TO MAKE THESE CARDS
1 piece of 10″ x 7″ card stock for the back and sides of the card.
Score along the 10″ side at 1/2″, 2.1/2, 7.1/2 & 9.1/2
1 piece of 5″ x 5″ card stock for the front
Check out my full tutorial below to see how I made them
I love all the little details like the beach sign, shells and the birds in the sky.
Thank you for stopping by.
Happy crafting
Sam
