Hi everyone, I recently shared these stylish designer gift bags with a double handle.
I love making these kinds of gift bags and wish it was my real handbag!
This is a great size measuring 8″ x 3.1/2 x 7″
It also folds flat making them perfect to make now and store away for later.
MATERIALS USED TO MAKE THESE GIFT BAGS

MEASUREMENTS NEEDED TO MAKE THESE GIFT BAGS
1 piece of 8″ x 4.1/2 card for the flap
Score along the 4.1/2 side at 1/2″ & 1″
2 pieces of 122 x 10″ card for the main bag
Score along the 12″ side at 8″ & 11.1/2
Score along the 10.1/2 side at 3.1/2
1 piece of 5.1/2 x 3″ card for the front closure.
1 piece of 5.1/4 x 2.5/8 embossed card to layer on the front closure.
1 piece of 7.1/2 x 6.3/4 card to mat the front of the bag (optional)
1 piece of 6″ x 6″ embossed card to decorate the front large section of the bag (optional)
2 pieces of 2.3/4 x 3″ embossed card to decorate the front of the flap (optional)
Thin strips of card to attach the handles.
Silver card for the hardware detail.
