Hi everyone, today I’m sharing these beautiful Free Standing Flower Pot Cards I’ve made.

I made the purple one first during one of my Facebook Live craft along’s after being inspired by a gift card version I saw in the Altenew magazine kit 1, I put my spin on it and made it free-standing and much bigger!

These have a pull-out section where you can stamp and write your message or add a gift card.

I love the layered stamps which are also in the kit and the purple and orange colours are so vibrant!

These fold flat and will fit into a custom envelope.

SUPPLIES USED TO MAKE THESE CARDS

The Altenew magazine has sold out on Craft Stash & More Mags but still available from Hochanda.

Spectrum Noir Quick Dry Ink Pads available here & here.

MEASUREMENTS NEEDED TO AMKE THESE CARDS

2 pieces of 4.1/4 x 5″ card for the front and back.

2 pieces of 2″ x 4.1/2 card for the concertina sides.

Score along the 2″ side at 1/2″, 1″ & 1.1/2

1 piece of 3″ x 5″ for the pull-out panel.

2 pieces of 4.1/4 x 1.1/2 card for the flower pot rim.

I finished off the flowers with some yellow Crystal Drops, a pretty butterfly and my sentiment on a thin craft stick.

These are perfect cards to give someone who is in hospital, they will certainly cheer them up and look lovely on their side table.
