Fish Bowl Shaped Gift Bag

Hi friends, I’ve finally managed to do this tutorial after first showing it during a Facebook Live Craft Along, moving house really does take it out of you and it’s taken me a while to get back on track and in some kind of new routine!

I love unusual shaped gift bags and really enjoyed making the circular-shaped version.

I slightly altered this one from the original I made, as this version is much easier to make.

This is made using an 8″ diameter circle so there is plenty of room inside.

Once you see my tutorial below, this is a very easy style gift bag to make larger or smaller.

SUPPLIES USED TO MAKE THIS GIFT BAG

Bright Rosa Flower & Sunflower dies available here.

Xcut Circle Cutter available here.

MEASUREMENTS NEEDED TO MAKE THIS GIFT BAG

2 circle-shaped pieces of card, 8″ in diameter.

2 pieces of 4 x 12 card for the sides.

Score both pieces along the 4″ side at 1/2″ & 3.1/2 and just one of the pieces along the 12″ side at 1/2″

1 piece of 6.1/4 x 6.1/2 card for the lid.

Score along the 6.1/2 side at 1/2″ & 3.1/2

1 piece of 6 x 2.3/4 pattern paper to cover the lid.

1 piece of 1″ x 12″ card for the handle. Score along the 12″ side at 1″ & 11″
