I’ve been away visiting family for the last 3 weeks and not been able to make anything, I’ve been itching to get in my craft room and try out all my new ideas.

With Valentines Day just around the corner I wanted to make a pretty box with some chocolates inside.

I came up with this design using Acetate for a clear lid and I made my own DSP again.

To make this box I used

 

For the DSP I used the Stampin Up, Sale-A-Bration ‘Best Day Ever’ stamp set. The 2 small hearts worked really well together with the Impress Poppy Red ink.

I used the Stampin Up ‘Jar Of Love’ for the sentiment on the top of the box with the nest of heart dies I had.

The card & Acetate sizes used are

Acetate 5,3/4 x 5,3/4

DSP 5,3/4 x 5,3/4

x2 Red Card 8,7/8 x 2,5/8

x5 stripes of DSP  5/8 x 4,1/8
