Large square Mothers Day gift box

Here is my second design for my Mothers Day Series 2017, this gorgeous gift box.

This is a great size box measuring 6×6 with a pretty ribbon fastening.

You will need

12 x 12 card for making the box

6.1/2 x 7.3/4 for the base

Score along the 7.3/4 side at 6.1/4

6.1/2 x 7.3/4 for a lid

Score along the 7.3/4 side at 6.1/4

Printed card for top 5.3/4 x 6

You will also need the below card for the sentiment inside the lid…

White card 2.3/8 x 4.3/4

Printed card 3.1/2 x 5.3/8

Plain card 4.1/4 x 6.1/8

Ribbon of your choice

The stamp I used was from an old Stampin Up Sale-A-Bration set called

‘Botanicals For You’

My patterned card stock was from Pound World.

The ribbon finish really completes these boxes, a perfect gift this Mothers day.
