Project number 4 of my Daisy week is this beautiful Daisy Chain
I couldn’t do a Daisy week and not do a Daisy Chain! I remember as a child sitting in the sun making endless Daisy Chains with my friends and giving them to my mum or wearing them as a necklace.
I sat down in front of the telly and die cut 34 large Daisy’s, this didn’t take long at all as I was able to cut 2 at a time through my machine.
I wanted to have a pretty box to show these in so I made a simple reinforced box decorated with my stitched square framelits and one single Daisy.
To make the Daisy Chain & Gift Box you will need…
34 large Daisy’s.
Strong thread or very thin string.
x 2 pieces of 8.1/4 x 8.1/4 Yellow card stock.
Score at 1′ & 2′ on all 4 sides on one of the pieces and do the same on the other except you need to pull the card out slightly before you score each side.
Nest of die cut squares.
x 2 10′ White ribbon.
Check out my full tutorial below to see how I made it all.
I love making different paper crafts and really enjoyed putting this together.
Hope you like it.
Enjoy
Sam
