Daisy Flower Projects

Easy Peasy Gift Card holder

Today’s Daisy project are these very easy gift card holders.

I’ve had tons of these 4 x 8.1/4 cards with matching envelopes but never used them because of the tall slim shape. Turns out these are great for gift card holders.

I used lots of techniques for this card…

Homemade stamps

Hand stamped paper.

Heat embossing.

To make these you will need…

Daisy die.

8.1/4 x 4′ plain card and matching envelope.

3.5/8 x 7.3/4 printed card stock for the front.

3.5/8 x 7.3/4 plain card for the inside.

3.5/8 x 3.5/8 printed card for inside.

1 x 1 plain card for tabs to hold the gift card.

Rectangle nest of dies to cut sentiment and vellum for the front.

x 2 large die cut Daisy flowers in your chosen colour.

x 2 large die cut Daisy flowers in Velum.

Large sentiment for the front, I used my old Stampin Up Sale-a-bration ‘Botanicals For You’ stamp set.

Any other sentiments you want to add.

Check out my full tutorial below to see how I put it all together.

Like I said in my video this is a super easy card, it was more about the techniques that I wanted to share with you today.

Hope I was able to give you some ideas.

Happy crafting.

Sam
