Over half way through my Creative Card Series now and I hope that your enjoying the projects so far. Today I have this fun Concertina Box Card.
These make wonderful little gifts, you can add photos, gift cards or just decorate as I did.
This stands up so can be displayed perfectly.
To make this card you will need…
1 pieces of 11 x 3.1/2 card.
Score along the 11′ side at 3.1/2, 7 & 10.1/2
1 piece of 10.1/2 x 3.1/2 card.
Score along the 10.1/2 side at 3.1/2 & 7
2 pieces of 7.3/4 x 7.3/4 card for box.
Score one piece at 1′ & 2′ on all 4 sides
On the other piece you need to pull the card out slightly and score at 1 & 2 then push the card back into corner of scored board and score at 5.3/4 & 6.3/4, rotate and repeat again.
6 pieces of 3.1/4 3.1/4 coloured card to decorate
6 pieces of 3 x 3 patterened paper to decorate.
The papers I used in the video were from the Range UK
My pretty Butterfly die is from Xcut by Docrafts, its an older die but I’ve found someone selling them for 1 Pound!!
Check out my full tutorial below to see how I made it.
This is a really versatile gift as you can make it as big as you want and the concertina part you can extend further also.
Give it a go, its a fun one.
Happy Crafting

love the little princes one…a little girl would cherish that.
You mention Do crafts a lot in your tutorials. Is it an online store? If so, do you order a lot from them?
