Poppin Santa Wiper Card

Hello everyone, here is card number 3 for this weeks Christmas Creative Card Series 2017

Poppin Santa Wiper Card

This card was inspired by a very old YouTube tutorial by Split Coast Stampers. I thought what a great idea so i adapted it and change the size to this bigger 6 x 6 card.

I have been using the lovely ‘Retro Christmas’ papers from last year byย Authentique Paperย and on one of the designs they had this adorable Santa which I think worked perfectly with this card style.

This is such a fun card and easy to make.

To make this you will need…

2 pieces of red card 8 x 6

Score along the 8′ side at 1′ & 2′ on both pieces.

White card 2 x 3.1/4 for the mechanism.

Green card 5.7/8 x 5.7/8 to mat the back.

White card 5.1/2 x 5.1/2 to mat on top of the green card for your sentiment.

Patterned paper to mat the front 5.3/4 x 5.3/4

4.3/4 x 4.3/4 red card to mat the front.

4.1/2 x 4.1/2 green card to mat on top again and to stamp with your sentiment of choice.

4 pieces of green card 7/8 x 5 to decorate the sides of the card.

Embellishments to decorate.

The ‘Santa Please Stop Here’ stamp I used was purchased onย Ebay but lots of sellers are also selling it on Etsy.

Check out my full tutorial below to see how I made it.

As this is a 6 x 6 card you have a nice big area on the back to write your sentiment.

Again this card stands up on its own but also folds completely flat for easy postage.

We are now half way through my Christmas Creative Card Series 2017 I hope you are enjoying it and getting lots of inspiration.

See you again tomorrow with another fun Christmas card.
