Hello again 🙂
Today’s project are these handy sized tall(ish) reinforced gift boxes.
I’m in love with these “Love Santa” papers by Docrafts Papermania and I’m now at the end of my pack. I purchased them for a bargain at Hobbybase UK however they are now sold out in the 12 x 12 and only have the 6 x 6 pad and A4 die cut papers left which I will link to below.
I love reinforced boxes and try and make them wherever possible.
To make these you will need…
1 piece of 12 x 12 paper for the base get mine here.
Score along the 12″ side at 2.7/8 & 7.1/2
Score along the other side at 2.7/8, 5.3/4, 8.5/8 & 11.1/2
1 piece of 6.7/8 x 6.7/8 paper for the lid.
Score along the 6.7/8 side at 1″, 2″ then pull the paper out slightly and score again at 5″ & 6″ repeat these score lines on the other 6.7/8 side.
Embellishments and a tag to decorate I used the matching “Love Santa” Christmas lights and tags.
2 pieces of 8″ ribbon.
Check out my full tutorial below to see how I made them.
This is a great size and a good style to have on hand for any occasion.
I love the ribbon wrapped around the lid and the detail with the mini Christmas lights.
Thank you for stopping by and I will see you Friday for my last Christmas project.
