Hi, I’m back again and today I have my
Ultimate Valentines Card
This card is packed full of fun stuff and very interactive.
With its matching gift box, it makes a really lovely Valentines gift.
Inside you will find a wonderful Napkin fold card and a little envelope with a hidden message inside.
This card features 4 other projects that I have done tutorials for in the past. The Napkin fold card inside, the Origami pouch on the front, the mini envelope inside and the Rosette decoration on the front.
Below you will find each of those tutorials for you to refer to.
To make this card you will need…
1 piece of 7.1/4 x 7.1/4 card for the base of your gift box.
Score on every side at 1″
1 piece of 7.1/2 x 7.1/2 card for the lid of your gift box.
Score on every side at 1/2″ & 1″
1 piece of 5.1/4 x 11″ card for your card base.
Score along the 11″ side at 5.1/4 & 5.3/4, this will give you a 1/2″ bind in the middle.
3 pieces of 5″ x 5″ white card to mat your card base.
3 pieces of 4.3/4 x 4.3/4 of patterned paper to mat on top of the white card.
1 piece of 9″ x 1″ card for your Belly band for the Napkin Fold card.
2 pieces of 8″ x 3/4″ card for your Rosette decoration on the front, you need to score at every 1/4″ along the 8″ sides.
Stamps, embellishments, embossing powder, beads, stickers…anything you want to decorate it
The papers I used are last years Dovecrafts XOXO paper pack which you may still be able to find on eBay or Amazon, however, you can get their new collection here.
The Alphabet beads I use you can get here.
Follow the tutorial below for putting the gift box together and the scoring for the main card and then follow all the other tutorials below to make all the extra bits.

Wow what a great way to re-visit some of your past video tutorials Sam. I have just scrolled down passed 4 that contain the skills to create the techniques necessary for the Valentine’s Box/Card. I think this is a really unique way to say ‘I Love You’ and I am sure the recipient will love it too. :O)
wat een prachtige projecten, de valentijnskaart maar ook de servetvouwkaart.
dank je voor het delen en de patronen.
