Hello all, hope your all having a pleasant start to the weekend. If some crafting is on the agenda then maybe you would like to give these Faceted Pyramid Gift Boxes or Bags a go.
I originally made these back in December but I thought I would wait until the new year to show you all.
Below are the Christmas themed ones I made.
3 size 6 x 6, 1 size 4 x 4 and a tiny 2 x 2 one.
You can make these with any sized square card.
I really like the way this box opens, it gives it a fun twist!
The one I made in the tutorial below is a 4 x 4 one which is my favourite size.
To make this you will need…
2 pieces of 8 x 8 card
Score at 4 ” on both sides of both pieces so you create 4, 4 x 4 squares.
You then need to do some further scoring but its easier to follow my tutorial below to do them.
4 pieces of 3.3/4 x 3.3/4 patterned paper to decorate. I used First Edition papers called Paradise Crush from Hobbybase UK. You can receive 10% discount by entering code MIXEDUP at the checkout.
Ribbon and embellishments of your choice. Both of mine are from The Works UK.
Check out my full tutorial below.
I hope you like this unusual box design from me today and give it a go yourself.
Happy Crafting.

Hi Sam,
Love this 3D project, it is quirky, out-of-the-box type of container. Great project, thank you. :O)
