Hi everyone, I’ve got a nice easy project today.
These cute Hanging Decorations are great for adding a little colour this Easter. These are good to pop inside a card as a little gift and of course, work great for any occasion.
I’ve continued with an Easter theme as I’ve used some of the supplies from this months Hobbybase March Kit.
The large Bunny die from Sweet Dixie is the main focus of this decoration, and as I mention in my tutorial, If I had seen this in a shop I probably wouldn’t have bought it as its not my style however since using it I love it and that’s what I love about these kits, they force you to use items that you may otherwise dismiss, I’m enjoying using them in a style that works for me.
To make these you will need…
2 die cut circles approximately 4.1/4 in diameter for the main base.
1 white Doilie (optional).
11″ ribbon.
3 die cut bunnies, this die is from Sweet Dixie.
2 stamped Easter Eggs, I used the Emboss Resist technique on these, by stamping them with white WOW Embossing powder and then colouring with the Momento Dandelion Ink Pad.
Xcut Happy Easter dies, again I die cut this 3 times and glued them all together.
Dove craft paper flowers and Docrafts mini embellishments.
Check out my full tutorial below to see how I made them.
These are so pretty and will look great in any colour & any them and a great crafty project to do with children.
