Hey everyone, I’ve started a few Halloween projects and will be sharing these over the next few weeks.

First up are these very fun Spider Pull Up Accordion Cards.

I was inspired to make these back when I made the Pull Up Accordion Card after a lady commented that it would look good with 8 sides and turned into a spider for Halloween. I thought what a great idea and so, come up with this.

This Spider card is easy to make you just need to get your templates made first for your octagon shaped base.

It all folds flat fitting into a 6 x 6 envelope.

To make this you will need…

For your templates, 1 piece of 6″ x 6″, 5.1/2 x 5.1/2 & 5″ x 5″ 1mm chipboard.

1 piece of 11.1/2 x 6″ black cardstock for your legs.

Score along the 11.1/2 side at 1.1/2, 3″, 4.1/2, 6″, 7.1/2, 9″ & 10.1/2

Score along the 6″ side at 3/4″, 1.1/2, 2.1/4, 3″, 3.3/4, 4.1/2 & 5.1/4

1 piece of 6″ x 6″ orange cardstock for your octagon base.

1 piece of 5.1/2 x 5.1/2 black cardstock to mat on your orange card.

1 piece of 5.1/2 x 5.1/2 white cardstock for the underneath of your card to write your message.

1 piece of 5″ x 5″ white cardstock to layer on top of your black card.

1 white 3.1/4 diameter circle.

1 black 2.7/8 diameter circle.

1 black 2″ diameter circle.

1 white 1.1/4 diameter circle.

2 small orange circles for the eyes.

Googly eyes.

Approximately 14″ ribbon
