Today I’m sharing these easy peasy treat holders or favors.
I told my husband I could make some Halloween treat for the children at his school, they are 15-18 and it’s a boarding school so I thought it would be a nice fun treat for them.
I only suggested making these as there are currently only 34 children at the school, next year I will have to find something even quicker and easier to make as they will be a lot more!
I wanted something that was fun, so I fussy cut the Sugar skulls from a sheet of 12 x 12 paper from the First Edition “Fiesta Fever” pack available from Amazon.
Although these are Halloween themed they will work for any occasion and make great party/wedding favors.
To make these you will need…
1 piece of 8.1/4 x 4″ black cardstock.
Score along the 8.1/4 side at 3″, 4″,7″ & 8″ leaving you with a 1/4″ tab.
Score along the 4″ side at 3″
1 piece of 2.3/4 x 2.3/4 pattern paper to decorate the front.
Ribbon and something to decorate the front.
Check out my quick tutorial below to see how I made them.
So far I’ve made 16, so only another 18 to go!
They are pretty roomy and fit around 7-8 hard boiled sweets in.
Thank you for popping by.
I hope you have a wonderful week.

I love your designs, but use Pinterest to save them , pass them around to friends, etc. I don’t see anywhere that I can save them to pintrests!! Is it possible?
I’m on Pinterest Pam, just type in Mixed Up Craft, you can find all of my pins there are save them to your own boards. 🙂
