Hi everyone, here are some bright and bold Triple Panel Fold cards using the new First Edition “Forever Free” papers.
You know I love playing around with cardstock and finding fun new ways to fold them.
I think this style works really well and stands up perfectly.
I have used the Dovecraft, Rose Gold & Silver mirrored cardstock to mat all of the panels, the shine this gives is really lovely.
These fold flat and fit into a 5″ x 7″ envelope.
There is plenty of room to write your message on the back.
To make these you will need…
1 piece of 12″ x 7″ cardstock for the main card base. Score along the long side at 3″ & 9″ then flip over and score along the 7″ side at 2″ & 5″ just between the 3″ & 9″ scorelines you previously made. Then score along the 12″ side at 5″ & 7″ just down to the first score line, rotate your cardstock so you have the other 12″ side and repeat the 5″ & 7″ score lines.
I use the Docrafts, Papermania cardstock from Amazon.
2 pieces of 2.3/4 x 6.3/4 mirrored cardstock to mat your two side panels.
2 pieces of 2.3/4 s 6.3/4 white cardstock to mat the back two panels for your message.
2 pieces of 2.1/2 x 6.1/2 pattern paper to layer on your panels.
The Forever Free papers are available from Amazon & The Range UK.
2 pieces of 2.1/4 x 6.1/4 pattern paper to layer again on your side panels.
6 pieces of 1.3/4 x 1./34 mirrored cardstock to mat on your small square panels.
6 pieces of 1.1/2 x 1.1/2 pattern paper to layer on your mirrored cardstock.
6 pieces of 1.1/4 x 1.1/4 of another pattern paper to layer on top again.
1 piece of 3″ x 5″ mirrored cardstock for your front middle panel.
1 piece of 2.3/4 x 4.3/4 pattern paper to layer on top of your mirrored cardstock.
Check out my full tutorial below.
These really are eye-catching and when the mirrored card hits the light it looks so pretty.
The sentiments I used are cut from one of the sheets in the paper pack so everything matches perfectly.
The Dovecraft Pegs are available in 3 colours from Amazon.
Thank you as always for stopping by.
Enjoy your day and happy crafting.
Sam
