Hi everyone, today I shared a tutorial making these very cute Ring Gift Boxes.
I was requested to make these last year and then again recently.
The actual box that holds the ring measures 1.1/2 x 1.1/2 and can be used for earrings, a small necklace, and if you take out the foam ring holder you have more room for other small gifts.
I used the gorgeous V&A 2 collection from Trimcraft and fun foam from The Range UK.
This paper pack is available from Amazon.
For the ribbon, flat back pearls, heart die, and stickers I used please click on the links below.
To make these you will need…
1 piece of 6.1/2 x 6.1/2 coloured cardstock for your box.
Score along one side at 1″, 2.1/2, 4″ & 5.1/2
Score along another side at 1″, 2.1/2, 4″ & 5.1/2
1 piece of 2″ x 8.1/4 coloured cardstock for your case.
3 pieces of 1.7/8 x 1.1/2 white card to mat the back, top and inside of the case.
3 pieces of 1.3/8 x 1.3/4 patterned paper to layer on top of the mats.
3 pieces of 1.3/8 x 1.3/8 white card to mat the 3 sides of the box.
3 pieces of 1.1/4 x 1.1/4 pattern paper to layer on top of the mats
12 pieces of 1.1/2 x 1.1/2 squares of fun foam for your ring holder.
Ribbon to fasten your box.
Sentiments and embellishments to decorate your box.
Please check out my full tutorial below to see how I made them.
These can be decorated in any theme you like, I can imagine them decorated in Christmas paper and sat on the Christmas tree!
They are so cute and make a nice keepsake box as well.
As always thank you for popping by.
Happy crafting.
