Hi everyone, to kick start the week and for my first tutorial of April I have these unusual Dome Chocolate Egg Holders to share.
These hold 3 inexpensive Cadburys Creme Eggs.
I love how well this came together and how easy they are to make.
I think these would make great favours for Easter table.
Once you see how I’ve put them together, they are very easy to adapt and change to other sizes.
To make this fun project you will need…
1 piece of 4″ x 7.1/2 yellow card for the holder.
Score on all 4 sides at 1/2″ & 1″
1 piece of 2.3/8 x 6″ red card for the base.
1 piece of 5.1/2 x 6″ lightweight acetate.
1 piece of 3/8″ x 6.1/4 red card for the handle.
Score at 1/2″ on each end.
A circle die measuring approximately 1.1/4 in diameter or slightly larger.
Some ribbon and a couple of small brads to decorate.
