Hi everyone, I never blog or share videos on a Saturday but this week I sat down and made more cards using my free papers from the April issue of Making Cards & Papercraft magazine.

I decided to use the “Just For Men” papers and make 10 Birthday cards.

All of the cards are on 6″ x 6″ card blanks and focus on matting and layering to show off the lovely papers.

In the magazine, you get 12 postcard sized images which I used in the cards above.

For the last 3, I took all of the scraps and created come cool backgrounds using the Herringbone technique.

I love the Herringbone technique and it works well for both male and female cards.
