Hello friends, today I have this really cool Double-Sided Pop Up Card to share.

This card has evolved from the Birthday Present Pop-Up card I made about a month ago, it has the exact same pop-up mechanism, I’ve just made it smaller and added more of them.

This is a 6″ x 6″ size card when folded, with a big surprise when opened!

WHAT I USED TO MAKE THIS CARD

Paper Addicts ‘Cosy Christmas’ available here.

Paper Discovery Christmas Tree Die available here.

MEASUREMENTS NEEDED TO MAKE THIS CARD

1 piece of 12″ x 6″ cardstock. Score along the 12″ side at 6″, fold and burnish to give you your card base.

2 pieces of 6″ x 6″ pattern paper to cover the 2 sides inside.

2 pieces of 5.3/4 x 5.3/4 pattern paper to cover the front and back.

1 piece of 2″ x 6″ for the largest pop-up piece. Score along the 6″ side at 3″ and the 2″ side at 1/2″

1 piece of 1.1/2 x 5″ for the next pop up piece. Score along the 5″ side at 2.1/2 and the 1.1/2 side at 1/2″

1 piece of 1″ x 4″ for the smallest pop-up piece. Score along the 4″ side at 2″ and the 1″ side at 1/2″

2 pieces of 1.1/4″ x 1.3/4 card for the extended pop-up pieces. Score along the 1.3/4 side at 1/2″

2 strips of  1/2″ x 4″ card, score along the 4″ side at 1/2″ & 3.1/2

2 pieces of 3″ x 1/2″ to cover the tops of the white strips.

I continued the theme on the front of the card and used one of the tags from the papers.
