Hi everyone, today I’m following on from yesterday’s tutorial and have the display gift box for you to put the mug in, or anything you want.

This is a lovely style gift box and a great size, and as I mentioned you don’t have to use it like I have.

I know exactly who I’m giving these too and I can’t wait to fill them with some nice treats and a small present.

I have two different bows on these, the turquoise one if my deconstructed bow which I’ve shared many times and the other is from a Simply Made Crafts die set.

SUPPLIES USED TO MAKE THIS DISPLAY GIFT BOX

8″ x 8″ Believe In Magic paper pad available here.

Docrafts 12″ x 12″ acetate available here.

Simply Made Crafts Ultimate Bow die set available here.

Woodware stamp set available here.

MEASUREMENTS NEEDED TO MAKE THESE BOXES

1 piece of 8.5/8 x 9.1/8 card for the lid

Score on all 4 sides at 1″ & 2″

1 piece of 7″ x 6.1/2 card for the base.

Score at 1″ on all 4 sides.

2 pieces of 5″ x 8″ acetate for the front and back.

2 pieces of 4.1/2 x 8″ acetate for the sides.

4 strips of 1″ x 8″ for the hinges.

Score along the 1″ side at 1/2″

2 strips of 3/4″ x 4.3/4 pattern paper for the front and back of the lid

2 strips of 3/4″ x 4.1/4 pattern paper for the sides of the lid.

2 pieces of 4.3/4 x 4.1/4 pattern paper to cover the top and inside of the lid.

2 strips of 7/8″ x 5″ pattern paper for the front and back of the base.

2 strips of 7/8″ x 4.1/2 pattern paper for the sides of the base.

1 piece of 4.3/4 x 4.1/4 pattern paper to cover the inside of the base.
