I was browsing the web the other day when I came across this picture.
I thought what a cool idea, however with no instructions and in a language, I couldn’t understand I had to work this out myself.
I love setting myself challenges and love making more detailed boxes.
I decided on the size I wanted to do and set to work.
You will need to make this…
x 4 pieces of 8.1/4 x 8.1/4 brown card stock.
x 12 pieces of patterned paper 4 x 3/4.
x 3 pieces of 1.1/2 x 4.3/16 brown card for the lip of the box.
4.3/16 x 2 piece of brown card for the main hinge.
x 8 pieces of 2.1/2 x 1/2 brown card for small hinges.
6.1/4 x 6.1/4 brown card for the base.
5.7/8 x 5.7/8 patterned paper. for base.
Flowers to decorate.

For a first attempt, I was so pleased with how this turned out, and it’s not as hard as it looks.
Mine is filled with embellishments, brads and clips and sits perfectly on my desk.
Let me know how you get on making this and remember to share what you make on my Facebook page below.
Have a great day.
