Hello everyone as we start the first week of December I thought I would share a card using Father Christmas himself!
This smaller version of my Double Tower Fold card looks great with the adorable official Raymond Briggs “Father Christmas” stamp set.

I loved colouring him in and used my favourite Reeves watercolour pencils.
The Double Tower Fold card is one of my favourite designs. I love this new smaller version.
There is lots of room on the back for your message.
To make this card you will need…
1 piece of 6″ x 10″ cardstock. Score along the long side at 1″ & 9″ then flip over your cardstock and score at 2″, 3″, 7″ & 8″
Working on both middle score lines at either end and mark along it at every 1/2″ with a pencil.
2 pieces of 3.7/8 x 5.7/8 white card for your front and back of the card.
1 piece of 3.5/8 x 5.5/8 pattern paper to decorate.
2 pieces of 3/4″ x 5.7/8 white card for your side panels.
2 pieces of 1/2″ x 5.5/8 pattern paper to decorate your panels.
Check out my full tutorial below to see where you need to cut and put it together.
Below is the book cover which I recommend you read, it’s a lovely story, and you should definitely watch the movie too.
I love the speech bubble and saying, I have covered it along with his nose, fur trims, cats eyes and dog patches with Ranger Glossy Accents.
I hope you like this card and the cute Father Christmas stamp.
Thank you for popping by.

Hi Sam, lovely card as always. Do you know that your blog Home page is not working?
Thanks for all the inspiration.
Kim
Hi Kim, yes I’m aware, it’s a tech issue that’s being looked into. Thank you for letting me know 🙂
I have just made this card really pleased with your tutorial, turned out nice unfortunately it won’t fit in a 6 by 6 envelope.
How strange mine do and my mum and friends all made them the other night and they fitted in pre made 6 x 6 envelopes. Did you turn it over and put it in the envelope, so the back of the card is facing the recipient when they take it out, I always find any detailed cards go into the envelopes better back to front. Glad you enjoyed making the card 🙂
Thanks for the tip , I managed to get it in the envelope the way you suggested. I will be making many more of these cards😊
