Big Bunny Gift Bag

Hi everyone, today I’m starting my Easter series 2019 and to kick start it I have these fun Big Bunny Gift Bags.

Big Bunny Gift Bags

These were too tall to photo in my lightbox, standing approximately 18″ high!

These are very easy to make and can be made any size you like.

Last year I made these fun Easter Bunny & Chick Gift Bags, I thought these may inspire you some more and help you create the faces.

I’ve also shared the tutorial for these below.

I used the First Edition “Build A Unicorn” dies for the eyelashes and flower headband.

I’ve found this stamp set still being sold at Hobbycraft.

The gift bag below gives you an idea of how these dies would look.

To create the circles I used my favourite Xcut Circle Cutter available from my Amazon Storefront here.

To make these gift bags you will need…

2 circles measuring approximately 8″ in diameter for the front and back of the bag.

1 circle measuring 5″ diameter for the head.

2 pieces of 6″ x 9″ if you want to make the deeper version. Score both pieces along the 6″ side at 1/2″ & 5.1/2

OR

2 pieces of 4″ x 9″ scoring along the 4″ side at 1/2″ & 3.1/2

A selection of oval and circle dies and punches to create your character’s features.

Check out my full tutorial below to see how I made them.

I really enjoyed making these and bringing them to life, its fun creating all the faces and building the face.

Cute little feet!

I plan on making a larger Pom-Pom tail as I thought this one was too small…however still cute!

I love how you can easily make these any size you want, perfect for filling full with chocolate and Easter treats.

I hope you like these cute bunnies and give it a go.

Remember to share anything you make inspired by my tutorials over on my Facebook group Mixed Up Crafters.
