Hi friends, I purchased these cute Snowmen Kinder chocolates and wanted a nicer way to package them. It was a pack of 6 for £2, so I split them into pairs and made these sweet Hanging Shadow Box Treats.
I’ve made many shadows box projects and though that style would hold these chocolates perfectly.
I added acetate to a couple but it’s not essential.
These are made from one piece of pattern paper and then something to hang them with.
SUPPLIES USED TO MAKE THEM
Paper Addicts ‘Magical Stories’ paper pad available here.
Dovecraft ‘Christmas Tales’ sentiment toppers available here.
MEASUREMENTS TO MAKE THESE
1 piece of 10″ x 10.1/2 double-sided pattern paper.
Score on all 4 sides at 1/2″, 1.1/2, 2″ & 3″ then score along the 10″ side only at 3.1/2 & 6.1/2 only down to the second scoreline.
1 piece of 4.7/8 x 5.3/8 acetate (optional) score at 1″ on all 4 sides.
Check out my full tutorial below.
I adore these and think it’s a great way to present some chocolates and a bargain too!
Once again, thank you so much for stopping by.
Have a great day.
Sam
